Palmer Contracting Warranty and Guarantee

At Palmer Contracting, we stand behind the quality of our work and the products we install. To provide peace of mind, we offer the following warranty and guarantee information.

All materials, fixtures, and products installed by Palmer Contracting are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Manufacturer warranties vary by product and brand. Coverage typically includes defects in materials or workmanship as defined by the manufacturer. Palmer Contracting will assist the homeowner in submitting a warranty claim, but final approval, replacement, or reimbursement is determined solely by the manufacturer. Manufacturer warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, or conditions outside the manufacturer’s specifications.

We guarantee the quality of our workmanship for a period of one year from the date of project completion. If any defects in workmanship arise during this period, we will promptly address and correct them at no additional cost to the homeowner.

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty and guarantee do not cover damage or issues caused by:

• Misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance by the homeowner

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by external factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters)

If you believe there is a defect covered by the manufacturer’s warranty or our workmanship guarantee, please contact Palmer Contracting as soon as possible. We will assist you in documenting the issue and submitting the claim to the manufacturer or addressing the workmanship concern directly.
