Answer: Yes - typically up to 50% at contract signing, depending on materials.

Licensing, Insurance & Warranty

Question: Are you licensed and insured?

Answer: My business is fully insured and bonded for residential remodeling. I am a general contractor and the state of Illinois does not require licensing for general contractors.

Question: Do you offer warranties?
